Applications With No Limits Internet

Posted by FreedomNet

Years ago, it would have been very difficult to move to an Internet-only option for all your desktop needs. If certain features like iMovie for Macs or Microsoft Office for Windows computers weren’t already included, users would often have to fork over money to purchase the software that would allow them to perform tasks like making an office presentation. Due to the exponential growth of online services and improvements in the quality of the applications themselves, shifting to an online only existence without the use of installed software is now a reality. Here are a few free online apps that you can use:

  • Outlook and Gmail – Two of the web’s most popular, and free applications allow use of standard email services weaved into an easy to navigate interface and comes with automatic integration with Windows and Android devices for further ease of use.
  • Google Play Music– While Spotify and Apply Music may get a lot of hype for their excellent services, Google Play allows users similar services through use of their massive cloud that users can upload almost 50,000 of their local audio to be streamed anywhere free of charge.
  • Google Drive – Google Drive, which is already implemented in Google mail accounts, allows users cloud storage for their documents and presentations. It also comes with a free word processor available on the cloud to allow for creating Word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Hangouts – Another Google based app (starting to see a pattern here?), this one is also integrated in to Gmail and allows for free video conferencing like the services Skype offers.
  • Prezi – A  simple, intuitive presentation maker accessible online allows for creation of quality presentations with features that not even Microsoft PowerPoint has, like being able to be embedded in web links and opened without the use of pre-installed software.
  • Pixlr Editor – A Photoshop look-alike, comes with advanced editing tools and its interface is very similar to Photoshops own so people familiar with Adobe’s popular software won’t have a difficult time getting caught up.
  •  Youtube Editor – This video editor allows you to add titles, graphics, and music to your project and, of course, allows for easy content upload to Youtube directly.

While some of these apps have mobile counterparts, to be able to take full advantage of their features one will want access to a computer with an internet connection. And since these apps themselves move a lot of data traffic, it would be in your best interest to use them while on an unlimited internet connection.
