Using No Limits Internet with OnHub
Posted by FreedomNet
New technology seems to be coming out constantly, and Google seems to be on the forefront of much of it. According to Yahoo! Tech, “Google is working on a Wi-Fi router as part of its ambition to provide better Internet connections and make it easier for people to access its digital services. They are calling the new router/service OnHub, and it starts at $199.
According to Google, the OnHub router will work much smoother than other routers. Google “expects most people will be able to set up OnHub in three minutes or less. The router is designed to be managed with a mobile app called Google On that will work on Apple’s iPhone, as well as devices running on Google’s Android software.”
This is part of Googles plans to make the internet more accessible. “Google has a financial incentive to make the Internet more accessible and less frustrating to use because it runs the world’s dominant search engine, as well as the highly popular YouTube and Gmail. The company believes people who spend more time online are more likely to interact with a Google service and click on one of the ads that generate most of Google’s profits.”
This is a great step in trying to make internet more readily available to everyone, and another great step towards giving everyone access to online content. If you are looking for a no limits internet service provider and live in Michigan, contact us for more details on the service we provide.
