World Wide Developers Conference 2015

Earlier this week, Apple held its annual Worldwide Developers Conference where new products and software are typically unveiled. While the new iOS 9 software platform got the bulk of the attention, there was also the announcement of Apple launching their own music streaming service called Apple Music. It now joins other, similar services already on the market such as Tidal and the ever popular Spotify streaming service that allow users to stream and play an unlimited amount of music from their vast catalog of songs for a nominal monthly fee.

This is part of an ever growing trend of consumer habits shifting from purchasing individual songs ($0.50 – $2.00) and albums ($5.00 – $10.00, to subscribing to streaming services that have a fixed monthly rate that can range between $10.00 – $15.00 per month. The major advantage, besides the cost effect model of business, is access to a wide variety of music including the latest releases that usually come out the same day as physical album releases. One downside, however, is streaming service require a constant internet connection that can eat up a user’s monthly data allowance. FreedomNet Solutions wants to help you by offering unlimited internet that can supplement or replace your other internet connections in order for you to stream your favorite artists.

With towers all across the state and servicing much of Lower Michigan, FreedomNet Solutions is proud to be the #1 wireless no limits internet service provider in the state.
