Provision

Provision your device in the FreedomNet Customer Portal.

Step 1

Go to https://customer.freedomnet.com in a new browser tab and log in with your FreedomNet username and password.

Note: If you have forgotten your username or password or have never logged into the customer portal please use the Forgot your password? link. If you are unable to reach the customer portal please contact us at

Step 2

Once logged in to your customer portal go to the equipment tab and type in the MAC address you wrote down and select “Update Equipment”.

Congratulations!

Your new device should now be provisioned on your account allowing you to reach the internet. If you are still receiving the “INTERNET ACCESS RESTRICTED” web page please contact FreedomNet Solutions at 866.669.4737 x1 or open a ticket in your customer portal.
