Customers are responsible for the equipment that is leased from FreedomNet Solutions. In the event of a fire, lightning strike, or other unforseen damages to the equipment, the customer will be charged up to $500 for the replacement of the damaged equipment. For this reason, we offer a protection plan on the equipment for $5 per month. FreedomNet will be responsible for all costs of damaged Freedomnet equipment if the customer is covered under the protection plan.
