How to Check for Network Outages: Due to recent storms in Michigan, some unfortunate network outages have occurred. While FreedomNet Solutions prides itself in providing reliable service for thousands of customers in Lower Michigan, outages are still a reality that may come up from time to time. Thankfully, like many utility providers, FreedomNet Solutions has an online map that can be accessed by customers to see in real-time where outages are in their area. Customers who may want more information are encouraged to contact our office directly to speak with a tech support representative who can assist them further.

If service is lost and you have already confirmed that it is not a result of a network outage, customers are encouraged to reboot their radio by disconnecting the power supply plugged into the Ethernet port on their router, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging it back in to allow the device to reboot properly. If service is still not re-established, feel free to then contact our office directly to troubleshoot further with one of our technicians.
